I think the full path is City Hall or any computer > NRaas > Master Controller > Settings > CAS > Hide By Pack > World Aventures (sorry, don't have my game open right now to check) but this won't stop the WA clothing from being 'valid for random', meaning they can still be chosen by the game when a sim ages up.
